Exhausting, but rewarding. I mostly did canvassing in an impoverished suburb. Encouraged people to vote. made sure they knew the day and location. Made sure they knew it mattered.

In the end, maybe I contributed to 10 or 20 or some random number of people actually making it to the polls. That's inconsequential, but there were thousands and thousands of me across the state. Not inconsequential.

Thank you for the offer of rooming with the cat. As it turns out, it was a short enough drive that I hopped home instead. Tired, but happy.
